How much will shipping cost me?

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight and size of the items in your order.
To work out your shipping costs online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and shipping cost.

Can you ship to overseas addresses?

We can ship worldwide, but currently we are set up to service Australia & New Zealand initially. When shipping to Australia, various options will be displayed depending on the method and time frame required. This will show when you reach the shopping cart prior to paying.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

Yes we can ship to Post Office Boxes within NZ and via International Airmail Service only for the rest of the world. Courier service outside of NZ cannot be guaranteed.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email then your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Here are the estimated ship times for the shipping method you selected:

North Island New Zealand 1-2 Working Days

South Island New Zealand 1-3 Working Days

Worldwide to over 220 Destinations 2-10 Working Days, dependant on shipping selected.

As we do not know your flight departure date, we cannot be held responsible for the any unforeseen circumstances in delivery by third parties, so please ensure you allow enough time to receive your order for your planned departure. Should there be a long delay on supplying product ordered for any reason on our part, then we will notify you of such and ask if you wish to wait for the product or seek an immediate refund. If you do have any concerns or need us to assist in an urgent situation then please contact us immediately.

30 Day Guarantee

When you purchase your first pack of FLYHIDRATE through the website, if for any reason you don't like the results you got from having used it exactly as per the instructions provided within 30 days of purchase, then we'll refund the purchase amount of the first pack that you initially invested in yourself, 100% in full, less P&P.

Just give us a call and speak to one of our team explaining why you weren't happy with the result, then simply send an email or letter with proof of purchase and we'll issue you a 100% refund on your first pack purchased.

Faulty Goods Return

We guarantee a full money back refund without questions or full replacement, if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product(s) being opened and used or if there is a defect in the product upon receipt. Please note that notification within 3 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 7 working days. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. To organise a return, please contact us prior to returning the product and include your name, address and reason for the return. Once we have received the return notification, we will contact you to advise our returns procedure. Please do not send the product back until you have heard from us and been advised our returns procedure. Also please note that in order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise stated.


It is very difficult to retrieve product once it has been dispatched from our premises. As a result, we are unable to allow cancellations, and therefore refunds, once an order has been dispatched. We are however, able to cancel an order and provide a refund if the order has not yet been dispatched.
